According
to my studies, I am searching for an internship as a Food and Beverage Manager
from April 2012 and for a period of six months.
I
am graduated with a high school diploma in Economic and Social section with French,
English, Italian and Spanish languages, I am admitted in the third year of the Bachelor
Degree EMVOL, Business and Management of Tourism, at the Champagne School of
Management in Troyes called ESC Troyes (France). This program is specifically
focused on management, marketing, tourism practices and also specifically on hotel
and restaurant business which will provide me with valuable knowledge in hotel
industry.
During
the second year of this program, I had the opportunity to study a semester
abroad and the chance to attend courses on “Hotel and Tourism Management” at
the “Bangkok University” from January to May 2011. This particularly enriching experience
allowed me to discover another culture and vision of the concept of hospitality
but also to improve my English through intensive practice.
Moreover,
I am actually a trainee in a five stars hotel in Koh Samui, Thailand, as a
Floor Management Assistant in the main restaurant of the resort. Thank to this
position, I discovered a passion and I know now that I want to work in the Food
and Beverage Department, as a Manager.
Thus,
I seek your company for a training course. This will allow me to complete my
knowledge acquired previously and it would be then possible for me to put it into
practice. As your hotel conveys the image of the highest quality, it would be a
privilege to work there.
As
a voluntary, dynamic, orderly, calm person, having a team spirit and the
motivation, I am sure I can use my education to be an effective member of your
team and thus contribute to the success of this magnificent hotel that
corresponds perfectly with the standing of establishments in which I plan to
work later. Moreover, being my final internship, I really want to put a lot
into this training course that will allow me, I hope, to move to a next step in
